Are you carrying out a consumer credit activity?

Regulated consumer credit activities are set out in The Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 (Regulated Activities) (Amendment) (No.2) Order 2013 and are also listed in the definition of "credit related activities" in the SRA Glossary.
