Our board is helped in its work by committees and other subgroups. All are accountable to the board and at least one board member sits on each committee. Of the eleven committee members who are not on the board, six are male and five are female; ten are white, and one is black minority ethnic (BME).

The SRA regulatory risk committee advises on the application of principles of risk-based and proportionate regulation to all compliance issues

The committee delivers its obligations on behalf of the SRA Board in providing governance, oversight, scrutiny and challenge to the SRA on equality, diversity and inclusion matters.
