Committees
The SRA compliance committee advises on the application of principles of risk-based and proportionate regulation to all compliance issues
The SRA education and training committee advises on all matters relating to pre-admission and post-admission training of solicitors
Advises on all policy and technical matters relating to the Compensation Fund and professional indemnity
Advises on all matters concerning standards of professional conduct
To advise on and keep under review all aspects of the SRA's corporate communications and wider stakeholder engagement activity.
Responsible for strategic oversight of the implementation of our equality and diversity strategy
Deals with matters relating to litigation arising from individual regulatory decisions
