Legal Services Act
We welcome comments on further amendments to the SRA's rules and regulations to reflect proposed changes to section 9A of the Administration of Justice Act.
The reason for rewriting section 9A is to remove an unnecessary restriction on the number of tiers of corporate membership that a recognised body may have.
