Student enrolment

Enrol as a student with the SRA before you start the LPC. Application deadlines
Completion of the academic stage

Confirm you have a qualifying law degree or have met CPE/GDL requirements before you start the LPC.
Certificate of academic standing

Confirm your studies are at UK bachelor's degree level, so you can start a CPE/GDL programme.
CPE exemption

With an appropriate degree or ILEX studies, apply for exemptions from up to four of eight modules.
