Reasons/basis
- Mr Stephen Barton and Mr Andrew Tyl-Lasota as managers of the firm and the firm itself, have failed to comply with the SRA Accounts Rules (2019) which are rules applicable to them by virue of Section 9 of the Administration of Justice Act 1985 (as amended) – paragraph 32(1)( a) Schedule 2, Administration of Justice Act 1985.
- It is necessary to intervention to protect the interests of clients (or former or potentila clients) of the firm and/or the interests of the beneficiaries of any truust of which the firm is or was a trustee – paragraph 32(1)( e) Schedule 2, Administration of Justice Act 1985.
