The website 'www.linklaterslaw.com' is operating. The website claims to be for a law firm called 'Linklaterslaw'.

The website claims that the people in its 'Our Team' are 'Andres Hansen', 'Wecker Karina', 'Saburov David', 'Novikov Dmitry', 'Yann Mirov' and 'Romashko Stanislav'.

The SRA does not authorise or regulate a firm of solicitors called 'Linklaterslaw' nor does it authorise or regulate individuals called 'Andres Hansen', 'Wecker Karina', 'Saburov David', 'Novikov Dmitry', 'Yann Mirov' and 'Romashko Stanislav'.

Any business or transactions through the website 'www.linklaterslaw.com', organisation 'Linklaterslaw' or the individuals names above are not undertaken by a firm or individual authorised and regulated by the SRA.

Is there a genuine firm or person?

The SRA authorises and regulates a genuine firm of solicitors called Linklaters LLP. The genuine website for the firm is www.linklaters.com.

The genuine firm Linklaters LLP has confirmed it has no connection to ‘Linklaterslaw’, the website or the individuals referred to in the above alert.
