What is the scam?
An individual by the name of 'Victoria Smith' is purporting to be employed by CMS Cameron McKenna Nabarro Olswang LLP and is fraudulently offering to assist members of the public to release funds. 'Victoria Smith' is using the email domain victoria.smith.fx@gmail.com
Any business or transactions through the email domain victoria.smith.fx@gmail.com is not undertaken by a firm or individual authorised and regulated by the SRA.
Is there a genuine firm or person?
The SRA authorises and regulates a firm of solicitors called CMS Cameron McKenna Nabarro Olswang LLP. The firm's email domain ends with @cms-cmno.com.
