What is the scam?

An email has been received from an individual called 'Daniel Walker' using the email address ''.

The email appears to be in relation to an unclaimed inheritance from a previously unknown relative.

The SRA does not authorise or regulate a firm of solicitors called Superb Solicitors.

Any business or transactions through 'Superb Solicitors' or the email address '' is not undertaken by a firm or individual authorised and regulates by the SRA.

Is there a genuine firm or person?

The SRA authorises and regulates a number of solicitors called Daniel Walker, none of whom are thought to have any connection to the email referred to in the above alert.

What should I do?

When a firm's or individual's identity has been copied exactly (or cloned), due diligence is necessary.
