An individual by the name of 'Alexander Relf' or 'Alexander RileyFloor' is purporting to be a solicitor employed by Riley Solicitors.

What is the scam?

An individual by the name of 'Alexander Relf' or 'Alexander RileyFloor' is purporting to be a solicitor employed by Riley Solicitors and is fraudulently contacting members of the public and threatening legal proceedings if action is not taken to address certain issues.

Any business or transactions through the domain alexander@riley-solicitors.com is not undertaken by a firm or individual authorised and regulated by the SRA.

Is there a genuine firm or person?

The SRA does not authorise or regulate an individual called Alexander Relf or Alexander RileyFloor nor a firm called Riley Solicitors.

Any business or transactions through the domain alexander@riley-solicitors.com or through the postal address: 24/25, 32, London Bridge Street, London, SE1 9SG is not undertaken by a firm or individual authorised and regulated by the SRA.

What should I do?

When a firm's or individual's identity has been copied exactly (or cloned), due diligence is necessary.
