Warning: Emails purporting to be from 'Prime Solicitors Ltd' signed off by a lawyer called 'Mike Litter'

Prime Law Solicitors Ltd have been in correspondence with us regarding someone misusing their firm details.
What is the scam?
The SRA has been informed that the above firms' details are being without their authority.
The email seen by the SRA is an email to a member of the public from a 'Mike Litter', requesting for numerous documents to open a case for them. The email does not specify what the case relates to. The email also includes a document named 'Chargeback Application'. The document asks the member of public to provide their financial details and return it to the sender.
The Chargeback Application form is signed by an Ali Safdar an Executive Director.
The recipient of the email contacted Prime Law Solicitors Ltd in relation to this, and the firm contacted the SRA.
The email was sent from the following email address 'mikelitter@prime-law-solicitors.com'. Within the email a WhatsApp contact number is provided namely '+44 7708 699260'. A website address of https://prime-law-solicitors.com/ is also quoted. The email also lists a further three contact numbers listed below:

A further email and email address has come to our attention of 'annagraham@prime-law-solicitors.com', this email requested for the recipient to review the attached documents and complete with the required information and return as soon as possible.
Any business or transaction through these email addresses, telephone numbers, or website is not undertaken by a genuine firm or solicitor authorised and regulated by the SRA.
Is there a genuine firm or person?
The SRA authorises and regulates a genuine firm of solicitors called Prime Law Solicitors Ltd (SRA ID 635199). The genuine firm's head office address is Cranbrook House, Suite 3A, 61 Cranbrook Road, Ilford, IG1 4PG and the telephone number for the head office is 0203 500 0163. The genuine email addresses for the firm uses the domain 'safdar@primelawsolicitors.co.uk' and their website address is www.primelawsolicitors.co.uk
The SRA also authorises and regulates a genuine solicitor called Safdar Ali, whose SRA ID is 483110.
The SRA also authorises and regulated a genuine solicitor called Anna Graham, whose SRA ID is 7052921.
The SRA does not authorise or regulate a solicitor by the name of ‘Ali Safdar’
The SRA does not authorise or regulate a solicitor by the name of ‘Mike Litter'.
We do not believe that Safdar Ali is associated with the scam.
We do not believe that Anna Graham is associated with the scam.
The genuine firm and solicitors have confirmed they have no connection with the above correspondence and the firm does not employ a person named Ali Safdar, Mike Litter.
What should I do?
When a firm's or individual's identity has been copied exactly (or cloned), due diligence is necessary. If you receive correspondence claiming to be from the above firm(s) or individual(s), or information of a similar nature to that described, you should conduct your own due diligence by checking the authenticity of the correspondence by contacting the law firm directly by reliable and established means. You can contact the SRA to find out if individuals or firms are regulated and authorised by the SRA and verify an individual's or firm's practising details. Other verification methods, such as checking public records (e.g. telephone directories and company records) may be required in other circumstances.
