Any obligation which may from time to time be imposed on [The Firm] or a manager, employee, or non-authorised interest-holder in [The Firm] by or under the SRA's licensing rules or by or under the LSA, or any other enactment.
[The Firm] may carry on exempt regulated activities under Part XX of the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 provided that such activities arise out of or are complementary to the firm’s reserved legal activities or other legal activities.
Waiver(s)
The information below is a summary of the waiver(s) granted.

Stonehage Fleming Law Limited has been granted a waiver from Rule 8.6(a)(ii) of the SRA Authorisation Rules in respect of the requirement for it to seek approval for the current managers of each of its corporate owners and those appointed from time to time;
This waiver is granted subject to the following conditions:
- 1.1. That this waiver only extends to those current and future managers of a corporate owner of Stonehage Fleming Law Limited who do not also hold a material interest in Stonehage Fleming Law Limited for the purposes of Schedule 13 of the Legal Services Act 2007. Such other persons will still be required to seek approval under 8.6(a)(ii).
- 1.2. That the Solicitors Regulation Authority is notified in writing within 14 days of any change to the details provided in the Licensed Body application dated 14 March 2014 or the Waiver application dated 8 May 2014;
- 1.3. That the waiver is expressly granted on the basis that it is without prejudice to any future decision on this or any related matter;
- 1.4. The waiver is revocable by the Solicitors Regulation Authority on giving reasonable notice.
