The Applicant was granted a waiver of Rule 14.2 of the SRA Practice Framework Rules 2011 on 10 March 2017.The waiver allows the Applicant to be authorised as a licensed body without having to have an authorised individual manager. In accordance with Schedule 11 to the LSA (which requires one manager to be an authorised person) and the terms of the waiver, the Applicant will be required to always have at least one SRA recognised body manager which itself has a solicitor with a current practising certificate, or a registered European Lawyer, as a manager
