SRA Tender for Legal Support Services

We are looking to appoint legal advisers to support the work of our General Counsel, Human Resources and Procurement teams.

The selected legal adviser(s) will:

• provide high-quality and pragmatic legal advice and support to our three teams across a wide range of legal issues: regulatory and public, employment and procurement/contractual
• offer value for money and innovative ways of working
• have experience of providing similar advice to a regulatory or public interest facing organisation in respect of one or all areas

Although we would prefer to appoint a sole supplier to fully meet our needs across all three areas, we appreciate some providers might have particular areas of expertise. We would therefore consider appointing more than one supplier if a firm is particularly strong in one of our required areas. We would also welcome joint or other innovative bids from firms who want to work together.

We promote and support the highest professional standards. Applicants will be required to have a sound disciplinary and complaints history, and an excellent record on negligence claims is also vital.
