Find out about Treasury proposals

In June, HM Treasury published a consultation on reform of the anti-money laundering and counter terrorism financing supervisory system.

The consultation sets out four models for the supervision system, and assesses them against three consultation objectives: supervisory effectiveness, system coordination and feasibility. It also considers extending the role of supervisors in overseeing sanctions controls and compliance.

HM Treasury are holding a roundtable for legal sector firms on Friday 22 September from 10:00-11:30 to discuss the proposals. If you want to attend, you can register here.
