Help us shape continuing competence resources

All solicitors have a responsibility to keep their knowledge and skills up to date and provide competent legal services.
We ask that the profession makes an annual declaration about its competence – that it has reflected on their practice and addressed any gaps in their learning and development. To help this process, we have a range of support materials available, including those for specific practice areas.
