Reasons/basis
Kathryn Langton as a manager of Langtons and Langtons itself, has failed to comply with SRA Principles, the SRA Code of Conduct for Firms and the SRA Accounts Rules which are rules applicable to her as manager of the firm and to the firm by virtue of section 9 of the Administration of Justice Act 1985 (as amended) (paragraph 32 (1)(a) of Schedule 2 of that Act).
