The website 'www.theuksolicitors.co.uk' is falsely claiming that 'Russell James Robert Daw' is a certified law firm.
What is the scam?
The website 'www.theuksolicitors.co.uk' is operating. The website presents itself as a directory for law firms and solicitors.
The website provides details of a ‘law firm’ called 'Russell James Robert Daw’, falsely claiming it is a 'certified law firm' using the postal address of 'Parkshot House, 5 Kew Road Richmond TW8 2PR’. The website is misusing the name of a genuine solicitor (see below).
The SRA does not authorise and regulate a firm of solicitors called ‘Russell James Robert Daw’, but the website is misusing the name of a genuine solicitor (see below).
Any business or transaction through a supposed ‘law firm’ called 'Russell James Robert Daw’ is not undertaken by a solicitors' practice authorised and regulated by the SRA.

The SRA does authorise and regulate a genuine solicitor called Russell James Robert Daw, who is currently a non-practising solicitor.
The genuine Russell James Robert Daw has confirmed he has no connection to the website referred to above.
What should I do?
