The website at 'www.rw-lawoffices.com' is operating claiming to be a law firm called 'Richard White & Associates LLP'.

The website seen by the SRA has copied and misused the names and photographs of genuine solicitors employed at a genuine firm of solicitors (see below).

The website also misuses the SRA identification number of another firm of solicitors (see below).

The website provides a postal address in Glasgow. Telephone numbers of '+(44) 7897015737, +(44) 7897039887 and an email address of 'infos@rw-lawoffices.com'.

The website displays the SRA digital badge. The SRA does not authorise or regulate a firm of solicitors called 'Richard White & Associates LLP'.

Any business or transaction through Website for 'Richard White & Associates LLP', or the above website, telephone numbers and email address is not undertaken by a firm or individual authorised and regulated by the SRA.

The SRA authorises and regulates a genuine firm called 360 Law Services Limited based in Camberley. The telephone contact number is 03337727736 and the email domain used by the firm is @360lawservices.com. The SRA ID number for the firm is 638684. The website is at www.360lawservices.com.

The genuine firms Emerging Law Limited and 360 Law Services Limited have confirmed that the firm do not have any connection to the website referred to in the above alert.
