On or around 16 July 2022 and 19 July 2022 respectively, sent correspondence to Dan Neidle that improperly attempted to restrict Mr Neidle's right to publish that correspondence and/or discuss its contents. 

The allegations are subject to a Hearing before the Solicitors Disciplinary Tribunal and are as yet unproven.
