Reasons/basis

The Panel was satisfied that grounds of intervention existed under paragraph 32(1)(a) of Schedule 2 of the Administration of Justice Act 1985, namely that Andrew Jones and Fiona Smith as managers of the firm, and the firm itself, had failed to comply with the rules applicable to them as a manager of the firm, and the firm itself by virtue of section 9 of the Administration of Justice Act 1985 (as amended) - paragraph 32(1)(a) of Schedule 2 of that Act.
