What should our priorities be for 2021-2022?

Last year, following consultation, we identified our priorities for the next few years in our Corporate Strategy 2020-23. Now we want to hear your views on the shared challenges and opportunities we all face in the year ahead to help us plan our work.
Our latest webinar will discuss the topics we want your views on, including:
- your experience of responding to the Covid-19 pandemic and what the longer-term effects might be
- what changes are already underway in relation to how people use technology, and what this might mean for services including in the legal sector
- what changes could be made to improve the accessibility of legal services for consumers.
