Simon Langford is a solicitor and owner/manager of Sayers Solicitors (the firm), which is a recognised body. The firm operates from offices at 242 High Road, Harrow Weald, Harrow, HA3 7BB.
It was found that:
- Between 26 May 2021 and 1 February 2022, Mr Langford failed to co-operate with an investigation by the SRA. In doing so he breached Principle 2 of the SRA Principles 2019 and paragraphs 7.3 and 7.4 of the SRA Code of Conduct for Solicitors, RELs and RFLs 2019.
- Between 24 November 2020 and 1 February 2022, Mr Langford failed to co-operate with an investigation by the Legal Ombudsman. In doing so he breached Principle 2 of the SRA Principles 2019 and paragraph 7.3 of the SRA Code of Conduct for Solicitors, RELs and RFLs 2019.
Mr Langford was issued with a written rebuke and ordered to pay costs of £300.
