This notification relates to a Decision to prosecute before the Solicitors Disciplinary Tribunal. This is an independent Tribunal which will reach its own decision after considering all the evidence, including any evidence put forward by the Solicitor. The Tribunal has certified that there is a case to answer.

The matter was heard on 16 November 2012.

Mr Webb was Struck Off the Roll but decided to Appeal and was given a Stay by the Admin Judge until 28 days after receipt of the Judgment which was 14 January 2013. He received his second Stay on 28 January 2013 pending the Appeal Hearing. The Appeal was dismissed on 19 July 2013.

Mr Webb has now applied for Leave to Appeal to the Court of Appeal. On 11th September 2013 the Appeal was dismissed and Stay Lifted. Sanction is now in Operation. Mr Webb is now Struck Off.
