Regulation 12: Requirement to obtain certificates of enrolment

12.1

You must hold a current certificate of enrolment before any of these stages:

(a)

commencing year three of an Exempting Law Degree;

(b)

attending an LPC;

(c)

attending an Integrated Course;

(d)

serving under a training contract.
