Warning: Bogus website using the name of Mr Richard Hemmings

The website www.Balushi-Law is mis-using the name of a genuine solicitor.
What is the scam?
The website www.Balushi-Law.com is operating.
The website provides an email address of info@balushi-law.com and a telephone number of +441214090356 and refers to 'Richard Hemmings Law Offices' and 'Richard Hemmings Company President'. The website lists two addresses for the firm 80 Aster Road Ipswich IP2 0NR and 6 Woolley Road, Barham PE28 5AA.
The website refers to Dr Yahya bin Hamad Al Balushi , Nisreen Juma Alwan, and Dalia Hazem Al-Halabi.
The website also misuses the name and SRA number of Mr Richard Hemmings who is a genuine solicitor (see below).
The SRA does not regulate a firm called 'Balushi Law' nor 'Richard Hemmings Law Offices,' nor does it authorise or regulate individuals called Dr Yahya bin Hamad Al Balushi , Nisreen Juma Alwan, and Dalia Hazem Al-Halabi.
Any business or transaction through a firm called Balushi Law, Richard Hemmings Law Offices or the above website, contact details and individuals is not undertaken by a firm or individual authorised and regulated by the SRA.
Is there a genuine firm or person?
The SRA does authorise and regulate a genuine solicitor called Mr Richard Hemmings.
The genuine Mr Richard Hemmings has confirmed he has no connection with either the website, firm or addresses referred to in the above alert.
What should I do?

Other verification methods, such as checking public records (e.g. telephone directories and company records) may be required in other circumstances.
