Warning: Website misusing the name of Wealth Recovery Solicitors

A website at 'www.quantumrecoverylawgroup.com' is operating, falsely claiming that 'Quantum Recovery Law Group' is a trading name of Wealth Recovery Solicitors.
What is the scam?
A website is operating at 'www.quantumrecoverylawgroup.com'. The website seen by the SRA states that 'Quantum Recovery Law Group' is a trading name of a genuine firm of solicitors (see below).
The website provides the email addresses 'info@quantumrecoverylawgroup.com' and 'support@quantumrecoverylawgroup.com' as well as the telephone numbers '+61 272 568476' and '+44 2039 545911'. The website also provides a postal address (see below).
We understand that a member of the public has been contacted by an individual called 'Josh Bennett' (see below) from 'Quantum Recovery Law Group' regarding the supposed recovery of funds.
The SRA does not authorise or regulate a solicitor called 'Josh Bennett' or a firm of solicitors called 'Quantum Recovery Law Group'.
Any business or transaction through the above contact details is not undertaken by a firm or solicitor authorised and regulated by the SRA.
Is there a genuine firm or person?
The SRA authorises and regulates a genuine firm of solicitors called Wealth Recovery Solicitors which is a trading name of Wealth Recovery Solicitors Limited. The genuine website for the firm is www.wealthrecovery.co.uk. The genuine firm can be contacted on the email address info@wealthrecovery.co.uk and on the telephone number 020 3695 9239. Wealth Recovery Solicitors Limited has confirmed that it has no connection to the above website.
The SRA authorises and regulates a firm of solicitors called Howard & Byrne Solicitors which has a branch office at Gridiron Building, 1 St Pancras Square, London, N1C 4AG. The genuine firm has confirmed that it has no connection to the above matter.
The SRA authorises and regulates lawyers and solicitors working at an address of Gridiron Building,1 St Pancras Square, London, N1C 4AG.
The SRA authorises and regulates a genuine solicitor called Joshua Bennett, who has confirmed that he has no connection to the above matter.
What should I do?
When a firm's or individual's identity has been copied exactly (or cloned), due diligence is necessary. If you receive correspondence claiming to be from the above firm(s) or individual(s), or information of a similar nature to that described, you should conduct your own due diligence by checking the authenticity of the correspondence by contacting the law firm directly by reliable and established means. You can contact the SRA to find out if individuals or firms are regulated and authorised by the SRA and verify an individual's or firm's practising details. Other verification methods, such as checking public records (e.g. telephone directories and company records) may be required in other circumstances.
