The website 'www.lawmaster.info' is operating and claiming to employ a Sophie Farrell as an attorney.

What is the scam?

The SRA has been informed that the website 'www.lawmaster.info' is operating and claiming to employ a Sophie Farrell as an attorney.

The individual was contacted saying their funds have been recovered and under the control of European currency commission and then the individual was to take out insurance for the release of funds.

The SRA does not authorise or regulate a genuine firm of solicitors called 'lawmaster.info’ claiming to have a SRA number of 15882615.

Any business or transaction through the website address 'www.lawmaster.info' is not undertaken by a firm or solicitor authorised and regulated by the SRA.

Sophie Farrell is believed to have no connection with lawmaster.info

Is there a genuine firm or person?

The SRA authorises and regulates a genuine solicitor called Sophie Farrell (SRA number 527241).

What should I do?
