SQE2 result from January 2026 sitting now out

Results from the latest SQE2 sitting in January have been issued today (21 May) to candidates. This sitting showed an overall pass rate of 80% across all 1,141 candidates who sat the exam. It was 79% for first-time candidates. Read the full statistical report.

SQE2 has a single pass mark for the overall 16 station assessment. There is no pass mark for an individual station or separate pass marks for the oral stations or written stations. As well as their overall mark, candidates also get a breakdown on their performance across each of the 16 stations. Find out more about what is included in the SQE2 results.
