Waiver
So that the structure of the firm remains the same in the licensed body as it currently is in the recognised body, the Applicant has applied for a waiver to Rule 14.2 of the SRA Practice Framework Rules 2011.
The waiver has been granted by Siobhan Chambers, Senior Authorisation Adviser, on 2 March 2017, subject to the condition that one of the partners is a recognised body with at least one manager who is a solicitor with a current practising certificate or a registered European lawyer (REL).
