Financial penalties: detail of new approach

This consultation is our second on our financial penalties framework. It includes proposed updated fining bands for firms and individuals and detailed proposals regarding the implementation of the fixed financial penalty scheme – which breaches we propose to include, the process we intend to follow, and the level of fines we are proposing to impose.
