Welcome to our annual reports for the year 2023/24.

Our mission is to drive trust and confidence in legal services. A key part of that trust is our work protecting the public through setting high professional standards and taking action when things go wrong. The report provides insights and trends from our data on this work during 2023/24.

Key areas of work covered include: setting the standards the public expects, delivering safe and innovative legal services, identifying and acting on risk, working with the sector on key issues, taking disciplinary action when standards fall short and focusing on diversity and inclusion.

In addition to the summary report, we have published core data and additional narratives in relation to the topics within the report.
