The services this person can provide and the protections for clients depend on where this person works.
There are currently no practices displayed for this person. This may be because they are not practising or because our policy is not to publish their contact details. Report a problem with this entry.

Reasons/basis
This notification relates to a Decision to prosecute before the Solicitors Disciplinary Tribunal. This is an independent Tribunal which will reach its own decision after considering all the evidence, including any evidence put forward by the Solicitor. The Tribunal has certified that there is a case to answer in respect of allegations which are or include that:-
- Between May 2020 and June 2022, whilst in practice as a solicitor, as an employee and/or a consultant at Axiom DWFM Limited (DWFM), inappropriately received payments into his personal bank account for work for clients that he had undertaken on behalf of DWFM.
- Between June 2022 and March 2023, whilst in practice as a solicitor, and as a consultant at Mezzle Limited, undertook work on behalf of clients and either:
2.1. failed to open client files; or
2.2. where he did open client files, failed to keep adequate documentation.
The allegations are subject to a Hearing before the Solicitors Disciplinary Tribunal and are as yet unproven.
