The SRA have been advised that a website '' has published contact details for 'Chun lam Solicitors'.

The website gives the postal address of 'Chun Iam Solicitors' as being that of a genuine firm of solicitors (see below). It also gives the telephone number 020 8638 8828.

The SRA does not authorise and regulate a firm of solicitors called 'Chun Iam Solicitors'.

Any business or transaction through 'Chun Iam Solicitors' is not undertaken by a solicitors' practice authorised and regulated by the SRA.

Is there a genuine firm or person?

The SRA authorises and regulates a genuine firm of solicitors called 'Leanne Allcock-Mead Solicitors' whose postal address is 110 The Causeway, Heybridge Business Centre, Maldon, CM9 4ND and whose telephone number is 01621 856683.

The SRA does authorise(s) and regulates several genuine solicitors named Chun Lam, who are currently non-practising. We do not believe they have any connection to the website referred to above.
