A website is operating and misusing the names of a genuine law firm.

What is the scam?

A website www.aoldschoolsolicitors.com is operating misusing the name of a genuine firm of solicitors (see below).

The website also misuses the SRA number and the genuine postal address for the firm (see below).

The website provides the email address 'info@aoldschoolsolicitors.com' and the WhatsApp contact number '+447879574975' which is not a genuine contact number for the firm (see below).

Any business or transaction through the above website, email address and WhatsApp contact number is not undertaken by any firm or individual authorised and regulated by the SRA.

Is there a genuine firm or person?

The SRA authorises and regulates a genuine firm of solicitors called A Oldschool & Co (SRA number 58493) whose postal address is 116-118 Islington High Street, Camden Passage, London, N1 8E, email address is oldschool.uk@outlook.com, and contact telephone number is 0207 359 8345.

The genuine firm of A Oldschool & Co have confirmed that they have no connection to the website referred to in the alert above.

What should I do?
