1. Mr Todd has failed to comply with the SRA Code of Conduct for Solicitors, REL’s and RFL’s and the SRA Code of Conduct for Firms, which are rules made under sections 31 and 32 of the Solicitors Act 1974 (as amended) - paragraph 1(1)(c) Schedule 1, Part I Solicitors Act 1974.
2. It is necessary to intervene to protect the interests of clients or former clients or potential clients of Mr Todd  - paragraph 1(1)(m) Schedule 1, Part I Solicitors Act 1974.
