On or around 7 June 2023 and 9 June 2023, Mr O'Garra requested a payment from or on behalf of Client A to be made into his personal bank account and received/held the money sent by or on behalf of Client A in his personal bank account in circumstances where he knew, or ought to have known, that doing so was improper.

On or around 22 June 2023, Mr O'Garra requested a payment Client B to be made into his personal bank account and received/held the money sent by Client B in his personal bank account in circumstances where he knew, or ought to have known, that doing so was improper.

The allegations are subject to a Hearing before the Solicitors Disciplinary Tribunal and are as yet unproven.
