• There is reason to suspect dishonesty on Mr Pansar’s part in connection with his practice at Rainer Hughes – paragraph 1(1)(a)(i) Schedule 1, Part I, Solicitors Act 1974.
• Mr Panesar has failed to comply with the SRA Accounts Rules 2019 which are rules made under sections 31 and 32 of the Solicitors Act 1974 – paragraph 1(1)( c) Schedule 1, Part I, Solicitors Act 1974.
