Mr Church's practising certificate for 2022/2023 is subject to the following conditions:
- Mr Church shall not provide legal services offering reserved or unreserved services on his own account under regulations 10.2(a) or (b) of the SRA Authorisation of Individuals Regulations.
- Mr Church’s incoming and outgoing post, documentation or emails regarding the preparation of Lasting Powers of Attorney, including with the Office of the Public Guardian, must be monitored by one of three named supervisors at Stanley Tee LLP (names redacted for the purpose of publication).
- Mr Church must inform the SRA in writing within 7 days of any changes to:
- the supervisors listed in condition 2 and/or
- his employment with Stanley Tee LLP.
- Mr Church must inform any actual or prospective employer of these conditions and the reasons for their imposition.

Reasons/basis
The above interim conditions are made under rule 3.2 of the SRA Regulatory and Disciplinary Procedure Rules, which states that at any stage an authorised decision maker may, pending a final decision by the SRA or the Solicitors Disciplinary Tribunal, impose interim conditions on the practising certificate of a solicitor. We are satisfied that these conditions are necessary in the public interest or for the protection of the public.
