These resources are primarily for solicitors practising in the youth court but will be useful for all solicitors carrying out advocacy.
You have a responsibility to deliver a high standard of service to all your clients including young people and children. If you are practising in the youth court, it is important that you regularly reflect on the quality of your practice and undertake regular learning and development so your skills and knowledge remain up to date.
