This report presents the findings of an independent assurance review of the Solicitors Regulation Authority’s (SRA's) compliance with the Legal Services Board (LSB) Section 32 Directions issued in May 2025. The review evaluates both the completion of the SRA's Implementation Action Plan and the extent to which outcomes achieved meet the letter and spirit of the LSB’s Directions and the Carson McDowell report.
