Appeal dismissed

The SDT's Order and Findings are subject to an Appeal to the High Court (Administrative Court) by Dr Alexander-Theodotou. The Order remains in force pending the High Court's decision on the Appeal.

The appeal was heard at the High Court on the 24 January 2023.

On 1 February 2023 the Judgment was handed down. The appeal was dismissed on all grounds.

An Appellant’s notice from Dr Theodotou seeking permission to appeal the High Court decision to the Court of Appeal was received on 10 May 2023. Permission was refused on 26 September 2023.

The Order therefore remains in force.
