Created emails falsely dated 24 and 25 August 2021 and provided misleading information to his supervising partner as to why an extension for a client's submissions on appeal had not been filed within time. 

The allegations are subject to a Hearing before the Solicitors Disciplinary Tribunal and are as yet unproven.
