The SRA's mission is to drive trust and confidence in legal services and to be a modern and proportionate regulator. A key part of that trust is working to protect the public through setting high professional standards and taking action when things go wrong. The report provides insights from our data on this work during the financial year.
In addition to a summary of work during that year, we have published core data in relation to investigations and enforcement, client protection, authorisation, education and training, and diversity – both across investigations and the work carried out to encourage equality, diversity and inclusion in the legal profession.
