Reasons/basis
It was found that on 21 December 2019, Ms Needle drove a vehicle with a level of alcohol (52 micrograms in 100 millilitres of breath) that was above the legal limit and in doing so failed to behave in a way that upholds public trust and confidence in the solicitors’ profession and in legal services provided by authorised persons in breach of Principle 2 of the SRA Principles 2019.
