Rajesh Virdee is a solicitor who formerly practiced at Gledhow Legal (the firm). The firm operated from offices at Devonshire House, Devonshire Avenue, Leeds, LS8 1AY until it ceased practising on 29 July 2020.
It was found that between 28 July 2020 and 2 July 2021, Mr Virdee failed to co-operate with an investigation by the SRA and failed to respond promptly to its requests for information. In doing so, Mr Virdee breached Principle 2 of the SRA Principles 2019 and paragraphs 7.3 and 7.4 of the SRA Code of Conduct for Solicitors, RELs and RFLs 2019.
Mr Virdee was issued with a written rebuke and ordered to pay costs of £1,350.
