Outcome of SDT Hearing

This notification relates to a Decision to prosecute before the Solicitors Disciplinary Tribunal. The Tribunal had certified that there was a case to answer. 

The matter was heard on 15 – 17 April and 13 May 2019. 

Mr. Naqvi was Struck Off the Roll.

The SDT’s Order and Findings were subject to an Appeal to the High Court (Administrative Court) by Mr. Naqvi.

On 12 May 2020, the High Court heard Mr Naqvi’s Appeal.

The Court dismissed the Appeal.
