Reasons/basis
Tarsem Singh, a person who is not a solicitor, was employed as a fee earner in the family law department of Petherbridge Bassra Solicitors in Bradford. He was employed between 14 January 2008 until he resigned on 28 January 2014. During his employment with the firm, Tarsem Singh retained cash payments from 6 clients totalling £3,875. He returned £3,625 to the firm. Tarsem Singh failed to co-operate with the SRA investigation into his conduct. This conduct was found to have breached of Principles 2, 4, 6, 7 and 10 of the SRA Principles 2011.
